Preparation
- Cook the pasta according to packet instructions, drain, rinse and cool.
- Meanwhile finely dice the eggs and add to a mixing bowl.
- Slice the carrots (or grate them) very finely and add them to the bowl.
- Add the drained tuna and drained sweet corn.
- To add flavour and creaminess, stir in some mayonnaise or olive oil.
- Add the cooled pasta and olives to the bowl and mix well.
- You can also add some finely chopped parsley.
