Preparation

  1. Cook the pasta according to packet instructions, drain, rinse and cool.
  2. Meanwhile finely dice the eggs and add to a mixing bowl.
  3. Slice the carrots (or grate them) very finely and add them to the bowl.
  4. Add the drained tuna and drained sweet corn.
  5. To add flavour and creaminess, stir in some mayonnaise or olive oil.
  6. Add the cooled pasta and olives to the bowl and mix well.
  7. You can also add some finely chopped parsley.
