Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180° and place a baking tray with a sheet of baking paper.
- Heat some olive oil in a pan and brown the minced meat until you obtain the desired browning and cooking.
- Cut the onion into cubes, add it to the minced meat and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Chop the garlic and add it to the mixture, letting it cook for a few minutes.
- Next, add the frozen peas, chili powder, salt and pepper and mix well.
- Unroll the puff pastry on a surface and cut out squares.
- Place a spoonful of the meat and pea mixture in the center of each square, break the egg and beat it with a fork.
- Brush the egg on the edges of the puff pastry and fold it diagonally, compressing the edges well with a fork to seal them.
- Distribute the parcels on the lined tray and brush them with the beaten egg.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the desired browning and crunchiness is achieved.
- Leave to cool for a few minutes and serve.
