Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180° and place a baking tray with a sheet of baking paper.
  2. Heat some olive oil in a pan and brown the minced meat until you obtain the desired browning and cooking.
  3. Cut the onion into cubes, add it to the minced meat and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Chop the garlic and add it to the mixture, letting it cook for a few minutes.
  5. Next, add the frozen peas, chili powder, salt and pepper and mix well.
  6. Unroll the puff pastry on a surface and cut out squares.
  7. Place a spoonful of the meat and pea mixture in the center of each square, break the egg and beat it with a fork.
  8. Brush the egg on the edges of the puff pastry and fold it diagonally, compressing the edges well with a fork to seal them.
  9. Distribute the parcels on the lined tray and brush them with the beaten egg.
  10. Bake in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the desired browning and crunchiness is achieved.
  11. Leave to cool for a few minutes and serve.
