Preparation

  1. Slice the tomatoes, marinate in the vinaigrette and let it rest.
  2. Divide the mozzarella into rounds.
  3. Toast and chop the pistachios and almonds. Cut the apple into slices and caramelize in a pan for a few minutes.
  4. Sauté the bacon in a pan for 2/3 minutes until golden brown.
  5. ASSEMBLY
  6. Divide the baguette and cut it. Filling order: the base, tomatoes, mozzarella, apple, pistachios, almonds, bacon, thyme leaves and the top of the baguette. Serve with a mug of beer and small bowls of mustard and ketchup.
