Preparation
- Slice the tomatoes, marinate in the vinaigrette and let it rest.
- Divide the mozzarella into rounds.
- Toast and chop the pistachios and almonds. Cut the apple into slices and caramelize in a pan for a few minutes.
- Sauté the bacon in a pan for 2/3 minutes until golden brown. ASSEMBLY
- Divide the baguette and cut it. Filling order: the base, tomatoes, mozzarella, apple, pistachios, almonds, bacon, thyme leaves and the top of the baguette. Serve with a mug of beer and small bowls of mustard and ketchup.
