Preparation
- Mix flour and salt.
- Rub in butter
- Add sugar and sultanas
- Mix well
- Beat the eggs lightly with the milk and add to the flour mixture
- Mix well together
- Butter and flour the pot and shake excess flour off before pouring in the cake mix in.
- Cover and place on the metal ring, and set temperature to medium, then lower down to medium to low heat for the rest of the cooking time.
- If you do not have a bormaforn you can use a normal cake tin
