Preparation

  1. Mix flour and salt.
  2. Rub in butter
  3. Add sugar and sultanas
  4. Mix well
  5. Beat the eggs lightly with the milk and add to the flour mixture
  6. Mix well together
  7. Butter and flour the pot and shake excess flour off before pouring in the cake mix in.
  8. Cover and place on the metal ring, and set temperature to medium, then lower down to medium to low heat for the rest of the cooking time.
  9. If you do not have a bormaforn you can use a normal cake tin
