Mediterranean Pasta Salad with Tuna

Preparation

  1. Cook the pasta
  2. Drain, rinse and let the pasta cool
  3. Blend most of the basil leaves, some of the parsley, pine nuts and the one clove of garlic with some olive oil until smooth
  4. Add mix to the Pasta
  5. Roughly chop the rest of the herbs and add in
  6. Grate in some lemon zest and season
  7. Add the tuna, halves tomatoes, olives, artichoke hearts and sweet corn
  8. Mix well and enjoy
