Preparation
- Cook the pasta
- Drain, rinse and let the pasta cool
- Blend most of the basil leaves, some of the parsley, pine nuts and the one clove of garlic with some olive oil until smooth
- Add mix to the Pasta
- Roughly chop the rest of the herbs and add in
- Grate in some lemon zest and season
- Add the tuna, halves tomatoes, olives, artichoke hearts and sweet corn
- Mix well and enjoy
