Preparation
- Clean the avocado and put the pulp obtained with a pinch of salt and the lime juice in a bowl. Mash with a fork to obtain a sauce that is not too smooth.
- Cut the salad into strips.
- Heat a saucepan with three slices of bacon to make it slightly crunchy.
- With the minced meat, adjusting with salt and pepper, form a hamburger about 1-1.5 cm thick that can adapt to the shape of the bread. Press the meat and cook in a very hot pan for 3 minutes on each side. ASSEMBLY
- Cut the turtle bread.
- Filling order: guacamole, hamburger, crispy bacon, smoked scamorza cheese, icerberg salad in strips and a few thyme leaves.
