Preparation

  1. Cut the pepper into small pieces and remove the seeds.
  2. In a saucepan with the oil add the tomato puree and the pepper. Cook for 20 minutes obtaining a fairly full-bodied mixture.
  3. Grate the ginger into a small bowl.
  4. Prepare a vinaigrette with oil, chili pepper and lemon.
  5. Cut the mozzarella into slices.
  6. Cook the prawns.
  7. ASSEMBLY
  8. Cut a portion of ciabatta bread. Order for filling: the lower part, composed of pepper, mozzarella, ginger, prawns, vinaigrette, basil chopped by hand and the upper part of the ciabatta with pepper sauce.
