Preparation
- Cut the pepper into small pieces and remove the seeds.
- In a saucepan with the oil add the tomato puree and the pepper. Cook for 20 minutes obtaining a fairly full-bodied mixture.
- Grate the ginger into a small bowl.
- Prepare a vinaigrette with oil, chili pepper and lemon.
- Cut the mozzarella into slices.
- Cook the prawns. ASSEMBLY
- Cut a portion of ciabatta bread. Order for filling: the lower part, composed of pepper, mozzarella, ginger, prawns, vinaigrette, basil chopped by hand and the upper part of the ciabatta with pepper sauce.
