Preparation
- Peel the onions and slice them thinly, brown them in a pan with butter until golden.
- Add the honey and deglaze with the balsamic vinegar, stirring constantly.
- Put in a bowl to cool and add two tablespoons of mayonnaise.
- Chop the walnuts. Cut the cucumber into discs and the lettuce into strips.
- Heat a pan very well and cook the burger for 3 minutes per side. ASSEMBLY
- Cut the sandwich. Order for filling: the bottom part, ketchup, cucumber, burger, onion jam with mayonnaise, lettuce strips, walnuts and the top part of the bun spread with ketchup.
