Preparation
- Using the grater side with the larger holes, grate the mushrooms into a large bowl.
- Mix in the soft butter and mustard .
- Mix in the beef and seasonings, using clean hands mix well.
- Divide the mix into 6 equal balls, then either using a mould or by hand, form the patties.
- Grill on a hot BBQ until ready.
- Serve with a variety of condiments, sauces and soft burger buns.
