Preparation

  1. Using the grater side with the larger holes, grate the mushrooms into a large bowl.
  2. Mix in the soft butter and mustard .
  3. Mix in the beef and seasonings, using clean hands mix well.
  4. Divide the mix into 6 equal balls, then either using a mould or by hand, form the patties.
  5. Grill on a hot BBQ until ready.
  6. Serve with a variety of condiments, sauces and soft burger buns.
