Preparation
- Mix the fruits of the forest, cinnamon, sugar and water
- Cook it on a low heat to soften and caramelise the fruit
- Blend with a hand blender
- Sieve to eliminate the seeds
- Slice up the panettone
- Chop up the nougat Presentation
Cover the bottom of the plate with the sauce and place the slices of panettone on top. Decorate with the icing sugar, fresh berries and mint leaves. Finish by decorating the dish with chopped nougat crumbs.
