Preparation
- Wash the apples, remove the core and cut into wedges. Roll the cut apples in the icing sugar.
- Sauté in a hot pan for a few seconds to caramelize. The fruit must remain firm.
- Remove the bone and massage the meat with oil and pepper and grill. Emulsify the mustard with a few drops of balsamic cream. ASSEMBLY
- Cut the sandwich. On the base spread the mustard and pickles, the grilled meat, the caramelized apples, the lettuce and a few drops of balsamic cream.
