Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven temperature according to the salmon package instructions.
  2. Meanwhile, clean and wash the cabbage and finely slice it. Peel the carrots and cut them into thin strips. Clean, wash, remove the center rib (if needed), and cut the kale in half. Peel and grate the ginger.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, and kale. Season with salt and 1 tablespoon maple syrup. Let stand for 10 minutes. Wash the coriander, shake it dry, and remove the leaves from the stems.
  4. To make the dressing, mix the hot sauce, 2 tablespoons maple syrup, avocado oil, soy sauce, and lime juice. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add the dressing to the vegetables and mix well.
  5. Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes. Carefully slice the salmon. Serve the salmon with the salad. Sprinkle with coriander leaves and garnish with lime slices.
